Brimming with new upgrades - our peaceful coastal Caribbean cottage is the perfect escape! Nestled in a quiet gated community on the East End just 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. The Reef offers a vibrant pickleball community, onsite pool, golf course, 2 restaurants, and beautiful views of Buck Island. Enjoy dinner with a gorgeous view and a short walk to pristine beaches. Designed for couples, small families or a snowbird home, Teague's Bay Hideaway is your next favorite destination!
The space
A beautiful villa located is a safe gated golf course community with the ocean just a short walk away. Great local restaurants and bars along with the yacht club just minutes away by bicycle or car.
Guest access
St. Croix's premier pickleball community, vibrant blue waters, onsite golf course and a pool. The amenities make the reef a perfect place for a vacation or long term stay!
Other things to note
Our condo is not handicap accessible. Stairs are required for entry into the unit and to access the full bathroom. Pets are not permitted in the unit, we appreciate your compliance with these policies.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place key chain with keys and gate fob back on the key hook. Use lockbox key to lock front door and return that key to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The remote to the gate and keys you will use during your stay will be hanging on a key hook to your left, inside the front door.
Please do not carry both sets of keys with you during your stay. Keys from the lockbox should stay on the key hook during your stay.
Please do not damage or get the key fob wet, there is a $300 charge for a lost or damaged key fob
