"Some issues with the room. Dirty towel from previous person left on floor in bathroom. No cookies left as advertised. Coffee maker still has coffee in it from previous person. Room was very nice and staff kind. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast for hot items gross and weird. No notice in room or at check in about pizza offered for sale on weekend evening. Found out by accident. Very good pizza! Attention to detail needed here. But we still enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel is easy access off of the Ohio Turnpike. Plenty of parking. Lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. Lot of choices. Didn't use any amenities so hard to rate. I would stay again."

"This was a great place to stay while we enjoyed Sauder Village nearby. We were comfortably rested. We were sad that the rain kept us from taking advantage of the fire pit. If we make it back in the area, we would stay again."

"The room was very nice and the handicapped accessories built in were wonderful. Two cons: 1) The shower head was not the correct one. It did not have a hole in the bottom to fit on the bracket attached to the rod which allows you to move the head up and down. 2) We stayed two nights. After the first night we were gone most of the day and when we came back to the room there had been no housekeeping done. Bed not made, new towels not supplied, etc. This was quite disappointing."
