"This was a great place close to the train and bus depot, an easy 5 minutes walk. The room had two large twin beds and a tv, lots of plugs. A great plus was a one-piece washer/dryer for laundry, no coins required. A nice fridge with a freezer and a cook top and fruying pan and plates. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed a total of three nights in April 2025. Very nice hotel with good dining as long as you plan and book in advance. It has public sauna and Onsen that we enjoyed. The biggest thing we liked was Mt. Fuji view from the terrace, it was breathtaking. As the hotel is located on a small hill, you need to book the shuttle down to the Yamanakako lake area or book a taxi at the front desk."

"Everything was perfect even from the very moment we stepped on the property. They offered us coffee, lemonade, and sparkling wine, and snacks while we waited for our room room. We stepped outside to the foot spa and had a cocktail and after a short wait, we were escorted to our room, beautiful clean with an amazing view. All the amenities were spot on. I highly recommend this hotel. "
