"I stayed for three weeks and loved every moment of this hotel. The view is incredible and the staff is the best I have encountered. The cleaning and front desk staff were all incredibly kind and patient when communicating withme in bith English and Japanese. The location of this hotel is amazing, only a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station where you can get easy transport to anywhere in the country. Would absolutely recommens this hotel!"

"Attention to detail is excellent. The room was equipped with everything- shoe warmer, washer/dryer combo, trouser press, yukata, slippers, and a very clean room. And the front desk clerks and staff were amazing! Would definitely stay at Tokustay Kanazawa again and book with other Tokustay hotels."
