"My only significant problem was the laundry, which consisted of 4 or 5 small machines in a very small room with no table to put clothes on. The machines were combination washer-dryers, one of which had a "Broken" sign on it. Although the machine I used got the clothes clean, the drying phase was useless. I ran it through 3 drying cycles of 30 minutes each, but the clothes were still so damp that I had to drape them over the furniture in our room overnight."
"Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area. "
"Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Executive floor lounge room in the lobby is stocked with beverages, snacks, and really tasty hors d’ouvres at dinner time "
