Family getaway/wedding
This home was perfect for us! It was my husband and I, our adult son, our niece, her husband and their 2 kids (ages 3 & 4) plus my little dog. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The house is very big, plenty of room for everyone. We also enjoyed the yard and BBQ grill. Evelyn was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Chula Vista Stay
The place was exactly as advertised. We went to the Padres games and it was very easy to get to Petco. The house was fantastic and we had a great time. I would highly recommend this house and we definitely stay here again.

Spacious home conveniently located
We loved our stay here. It was nice and spacious for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meal prep as well as what we needed to cook an Easter Dinner. Towels were soft and fluffy. It was nice to have the washer and dryer readily available, and we liked having laundry hampers, too. We even found some toys to take to the beach. The back patio was lovely for a quiet breakfast. We were able to drive to all the places we wanted to visit within about 20 minutes.

A group of friends stayed for one night, and everything could not be more perfect! Plenty of space in the living room where we could all hang out for the night. All the bedrooms were clean and they even had left snacks for us! Our group really appreciated it after a long day on the road.

Was really happy with Evelyn and Javier's home. It was so spacious, warm and welcoming. There were such thoughtful details in the welcome basket, plenty of towels and linens and all the things you would need for a relaxing stay. Communicating with Evelyn was a breeze and she was so friendly and responsive. And as an example of how thoughtful and courteous they are, we accidentally left a gift card with a sizeable amount of money in the card and they notified us immediately and helped us resolve it. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The home was neat, clean, organized and well maintained. The home is very spacious so there is lots of room for a big family to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet. The backyard is a bit small but very private for a morning cup of tea/coffee. The host Evelyn was very prompt in answering questions and she was very gracious. Prior to our stay I asked Evelyn if they had a crockpot. She said yes. When we arrived there was a brand new crockpot on the counter:) We had a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed our time. Hopefully this house will be available the next time we visit.

We chose this property because it was very close to family baby shower we were attending and happy we did. Very close to downtown San Diego as well. Beds were comfy. Very clean and large family room area our 8 yr old granddaughter loved. She wants this to be our family vacation home.
