Tropical Home with Pool/Spa, BBQ, Fire pit. Family fun!

This home is perfect for large groups and family gatherings! This large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was made for entertainment. The highlights include an oversized pool approximately 12 feet deep, spa, gas fire pit, outdoor bar, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and outdoor TV. There is also a game room with air hockey, ping pong and giant jenga. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and two of the rooms have King sized beds for your extra comfort!

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single level home. The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is also a game room.

Each bedroom contains a smart TV. There is also central air conditioning and heat throughout the home.

-There is a large outdoor area, bar, two sinks, outdoor shower and extra large pool perfect for lounging and entertainment. Also included is a gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, outdoor television, and corn hole.

-Indoor game room has air hockey, giant jenga, and ping pong. There is also a television with streaming apps.

-Three full bathrooms. Two with a shower and another with a shower/tub combo.

POOL/SPA: There is a safety gate around the whole pool (not pictured). Gas heating is available for an additional fee of $150/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Jacuzzi heats complimentary from 7pm-10pm; these times can be adjusted earlier for your preference.

No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 10pm-9am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

Only guest on reservation permitted on property unless prior consent given by host. Occupancy price is for 9. Guests over 9 are charged $50/day. This includes day time visitors and any visitors on the property* No more than 10 adults allowed at any time, persons under the age of 12 do not count towards the occupancy limitation but do count towards the extra guests fee.

Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Left over trash or glitter found in pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning. Pool sweeper must be kept in pool. Please do not put small items in pool as they can be caught inside the suction hose and you will be liable for damages to pool equipment.
