"A lovely hotel and truly amazing staff. There are some upkeep issues here and there, but the river view was stunning. The restaurant is great to have as well. The jacuzzi room was very large and mattress was soft and comfortable. I was on 5th floor and the view from my room was just perfect. The fitness center needs some work and updating. Just a few weights, one bench, elliptical, and bike (treadmill was out of order), but it was fine for a quick trip. Location is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. About a 30 min walk to bridge and 15 mins to nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely helpful and kind."

"I spotted the staff cutting the lawn with scissors which just shows their attention to detail. Great garden which is beautiful and overlooks the river. We got 2 bottles of water each day. The Aircon and fan was great."
