You close the garage door, and you take the elevator directly to your room. You don't even have to select the floor. The spa area/shower is very big, almost as big as the room. "Enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not co-operate. The staff was great, especially Ankor. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and made our stay very nice. Hot springs were good, but not hot enough for me. Good free shuttle to MRT station, close to shopping & restaurants. Schedule was very good for all the different times to use it, to go and return. Hard to walk as very hilly."
