The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone going to La Paz. The location is not necessarily the best as it is far away from downtown but still has the benefit if being super quiet. "

The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy. "
