"What a wonderful weekend we had here at Bella Seven! A group of ladies celebrating a 60th birthday, we came from the Sunshine Coast. Position is very close to amenities in Oneroa, the taxi and bus service was close and easy to use. Check in was easy, and house had everything that we needed for a great stay. It was truly an amazing long weekend away for us."

"Fantastic location, clear instructions, everything we could have wanted, except an ironing board - but we managed to get that sorted. The Iron also leaks FYI.We also found the compost bin that wasnt noted anywhere but we used it. All facilities were top-notch. for those people that are not tech savy you may want to leave some instruction with the small speaker that they need to talk to Alexa.Otherwise lovely house very warm and great section eash access and everything we needed. thanks "

"Hosts were super responsive and on top of everything. House was exactly as pictured and the outdoor space is so beautiful and relaxing! It’s mentioned in the description but the driveway is very steep, but manageable. The only thing I wish I had known is the house only has one split system air con unit, which is in the kitchen. The bedrooms, particularly the master bedroom upstairs gets so hot, and with no fly screens, you can’t keep the windows open! The hosts brought in an extra fan right away which was much appreciated but in the arvo and nighttime it just circulates hot air. "

"My husband and I stayed at Mawhiti for our 16th Anniversary. It is a very nice property located in a secluded affluent area with incredible views. We drove into town on our first day to purchase items for light continental breakfasts, but enjoyed most meals out while exploring the island. We were very impressed with the quality of the food that was available in the local grocery stores. . especially the produce and dairy products!Back to the property . . .The layout of the home is very nice. Each bedroom has a beautiful view from the main area and in the bathrooms! We appreciated the comfort of the beds and the luxury bedding. We want to mention that the property is advertised as having Air Conditioning, but this is not true. The house did get very warm during the day and we were there during a mild summer month. There are no ceiling fans, so we had to keep the doors and sliders open to capture a breeze. There are small Dyson floor fans in each bedroom, but they just didn't cool the rooms down enough for us, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable.Overall, I would say, if you're considering this property, don't hesitate! It is a lovely place to relax. We would book again when visiting Waiheke. "
