Lake Cushman Escape: Kayaks & Arcade, Pet Friendly Stay!
10/10 Excellent
"My husband arrived first, and he told me the house was smell nice and clean. The kitchen had full supplies and we were comfortable cooking for three days! We made fire outside and played in the game room. Each room and bathrooms are very clean and warm. We love to come back again. Thank you for your lovely house and services. "
"The staff was very friendly and helpful taking the time to answer all of our questions. The lodge was most comfortable and full of charm. Greatly enjoyed the large easy chairs for reading in the fireplace room. "
Cozy cabin at Lake Cushman in Hoodsport, WA with AC, Wi-Fi, kayak, beach
10/10 Excellent
"We had such a relaxing stay here. The space was quiet, calm, and exactly the cozy vibe we were hoping for. Inside was very clean and comfortable, and everything felt just as described in the listing. We loved the proximity to Lake Cushman and the ability to utilize both parks in the area with lake access- such a huge bonus. The location really makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors while still having a peaceful retreat to come back to.The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, and everyday essentials, which made meals easy. We also appreciated that the property is pet-friendly! The front deck was a highlight for us - relaxing in the hot tub out there was the perfect way to unwind.Tim was very nice and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.A helpful note for future guests: if you’re staying in the winter and plan to use the wood stove, you may want to bring your own firewood. Also, for anyone particular about mattresses, the bed is on the firmer side.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back for another peaceful getaway."
"Everything was spotless. Unfortunately I got here late in the night but a late check-in was accomodated. The view is amazing in the mornings and there's little shops 5 minutes away where you can get food."
Hood Canal, 1930's Beach Cottage, 315' Cove with Oysters!

Hiker's Retreat, NEW Hot Tub & FirePit, EV Charger
10/10 Excellent
"This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing time away from home. The house is easy to find, but still feels relatively private. The host is extremely responsive and friendly! The house is beautifully decorated in PNW and native motifs, and has a perfect mix of modern and cozy furniture and amenities. The main bedroom is huge, and the primary bathroom is massive, well-lit, very clean, and the huge shower is modern and luxurious. The king bed is very comfortable with new pillows and hotel-quality bedding. The hosts have thought of everything, with every basic amenity you can need. The couch is comfortable for curling up and watching a movie, and the gas furnace heats up the space in a jiffy. The kitchen is beautiful, updated, and the drawers and cupboards are clearly labeled with everything in it's place. Don't miss out on the hot tub! It's definitely a perk! The house is dog friendly, which made a huge difference for us (we love to bring our pup with us). They supply dog bowls, beds, and poop bags - but otherwise, there are no signs that other pets have been there (very clean and well-kept). There's a great grocery store in Hoodsport, with everything you need to eat. Just 10 minutes away. It was rainy and cool during our short stay, but there are endless opportunities for hiking, kayaking, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the area. The hosts supply a parking pass for nearby parks, which is yet another thoughtful touch. "
