The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Overall, Hyatt Place New Taipei offers great value, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers."

"Excellent choice for a first timer in Taiwan with kids! The hotel is walking distance to Xpark (2nd floor) and also it has a sky bridge to the outlet malls. Its also very convenient to get to the THSR since they have a shuttle that goes there. After traveling 19 hours, this place is perfect!"
