"Our stay from arrival to departure was perfect, the staff were so wonderfully helpful and attentive, the room has incredible facilities and was so clean, the breakfast had everything you needed and was prepared perfectly by the staff who worked so hard and really deserved so much praise! We will absolutely be returned when next in Majorca and felt very grateful for our time here."

"Beautiful property and grounds- a true oasis in an incredibly well connected location for transport and the Old Town. So peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful pool and day beds. Perfect for couples looking to indulge in each other’s company. Other guests were after the same vibe- all ten of them only during our stay! Stunning and intimate. Breakfast was fresh and varied- with beautiful pastries and bread baked each morning. This was pretty much the only interaction with the staff during the day- the rest of the time this incredible property felt like your own. Their Honesty bar further adding to the feel that this property was something unique and special. What more to say- simply stunning."

"A secluded, spacious villa with a lovely deep pool. It was walking distance to town with good bars and well placed for day trips. We would recommend wine tasting at the Bodega Ribas in a beautiful courtyard. We found the owner very helpful both when we arrived and on departure. I have two points to make: the electricity allowance was too low, we were careful with electricity but still had used 176kw by the end of the week. 76 over the 100kw allowance which whilst only costing 25 was frustrating as we thought we had been frugal. Secondly there were no basics in the cupboards, oil, salt, pepper etc these would have been useful."

"The property is absolutely stunning with incredible views of the surrounding hills to the south. The house was spotless when we arrived and it is clear that the owners pay close attention to the maintenance and upkeep. The owners are super friendly and are available through WhatsApp with very quick response times. Perched on the edge of Selva, cafés, restaurants and grocereries are all within walking distance from the house. Anything that can't be found in Selva can be found in Inca, which is only a few minutes drive away. Access to and from the house by car is also very easy, even with a big van, as it is well connected to major roadways across the island.The outside temperatures were 30-35ºC during our stay, but inside the house was super cool due to the AC units in each room. There are also lots of shady spots in front of the house for enjoying the views a and a beautiful pool to cool off in.The location is ideal for cyclists, as it is in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana giving access to flatter or more rolling rides to the south and the classic climbs like Coll de Sa Batalla and Sa Calobra to the north.We're looking forward to our next visit, as this one really checks all of the boxes!"

"Room was amazing, they kindly upgraded us and it really made our stay so nice as we've never had that before. The room was beautiful as was the hotel so full of character. Staff were always friendly and helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was faultless. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great location. We didnt really experience the spa at all but the rooftop piol area was phenomenal and very clean. We would stay again"

"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. The staff were all really helpful, nothing is to much trouble. No problem parking. If you want a relaxing place to stay, listening to bird song and enjoy the gardens with no traffic noise this is the place to go."
