"Amazing! Spa/sauna not to be missed!"

"They provided an infant bed that was spacious enough for our 2-year-old, which was very helpful. The view from our room overlooking the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. There was also a sauna in the basement, although it wasn’t mentioned at check-in. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a great selection of ham, cheese, and fresh fruit, even though there were only two groups staying. Coffee and fried eggs were prepared upon request. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our whole family felt truly happy during our stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything—the location, the views, the staff, and the cleanliness."

"The location was great for access to Lake Bohinj. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. The drying room made getting stuck in the rainstorm not an issue with packing the next day. "

Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter. "

"Fabulous in a word. We had been to Stara Fazina before and seen Mostnica cottage. As soon as we saw it we started planning to bring a bigger group back. We were not disappointed. We had a fantastic stay. The cottage is so well positioned. It's quiet but has bars, shops and a restaurant within an easy walk. The lake is a 15 min walk so again, relatively easy to get to.We were 4 couples and the Cottage suited us perfectly. We had our own space but also plenty of room for communal dinners and down time. The kitchen is very well appointed and the whole cottage is in very good condition. "

"Great location - a beautiful walk to the lake, and a short stroll to shops and cafes - stunning views of a beautiful part of the world and very helpful owner. I would have rated the property a lot higher but the description was a misleading - it is not a 3 bedroom appt with a living room. The third bedroom is the living room which meant that with there is very limited communal space if you need 3 bedrooms. "
