"Superb riverfront views of the city, especially at sunset from our balcony. Well-equipped kitchenette, including a colander for pasta as well as a sharp-enough knife for slicing vegetables and bread. Very responsive staff. Easy availability of clean towels, toilet paper, etc. Very convenient laundromat in the basement. "Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all. "

The area around the hotel is very walkable five minutes to get to a major train station. Three minutes to get to a tram station to the north. Great location, great water, pressure and temperature in the shower. If in Berlin, we will definitely stay again. "
"The only thing I would say they need to change is soundproofing the rooms a little bit because they have great fire doors but they slam all morning long starting at like 5:00 in the morning so bring some earplugs or some headphones so that you don't wake up due to all that noise"
"Even though this hotel is seemingly outside the main Berlin 'City', I assure that's a good thing. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. You're close to the train and trams, you're close to a really cool boho part of town that's lively and diverse.. close as in a 10-15 min walk. I was out walking very late (coz I got into Berghain.. yeh.. I know. I'm cool now) and I never felt unsafe. Plus you're about a 3 minute walk an awesome 24hr doner kebab van. Great value, good comfort and lovely staff. Perfect."
