"Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. We asked multiple times and they assured us we would get help, but we never did. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. If you had parking and you came back later that night and it was anything past 10 PM it’s difficult to find parking even though they’ll tell you they have plenty of parking. It’s not like that."
