"Lovely place dor two. Living room and electrical arrangements a bit odd. Coffee machine and little oven are there but the electrical cords do not reach the socket. We made some dangerous looking arrangements on a little round table to get things going. Maria speaks french and is very helpful and friendly but none of my messages I send beforehand to clear some practicalities were answered. Once you find the place (a bit tricky with unclear instructions) it goes well but communication beforehand not. We enjoyed the 3 nights in July, with a lot of wind and hot weather. Sunset is on the north side of the island. So from here you see the glow in the sky."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kontemare Seascape. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, luxurious, and very practical for a family stay. Everything felt new, clean, and well taken care of. The private pool and air conditioning made the stay extremely comfortable, and the beach is only about 100 steps away. Balos Beach was a wonderful surprise: peaceful, quiet, uncrowded, and beautiful. There are also several restaurants nearby, and every place we tried was excellent. The whole area has a calm, relaxing, authentic feeling. This was one of the most peaceful and comfortable stays of our trip. We slept very well, enjoyed the pool and the sea, and would happily come back. One small suggestion: because the villa is surrounded by nature, the pool can collect insects/leaves quickly. It was clean when we arrived, but by the next morning it needed attention again, so slightly more frequent pool cleaning would make the experience even better. Overall, a beautiful villa in a very special and peaceful location. Highly recommended."
