air bermasalah/ tidak lancar, wc kotor, KM diluar room, tidak ada parkir kendaraan di depan penginapan, jalan masuk kecil/sulit, saat check in tidak ada receptionist/ staff. Pemandangan unik pedesaan/ asri dan tradisional.
