Recepção horrorosa.

Tem sérios problemas na recepção. No checkout foi um caos. Para sair da garagem, tem um portão que abre sob o comando de alguém, provavelmente da recepção. Como tinha compromisso com hora marcada, o atraso no checkout somado a demora para abrir o portão da garagem, fez eu chegar atrasado no meu compromisso. Aí tenho que chegar, já pedindo desculpas. Não recomendo.

Confortável, bom café da manhã e atendimento.

O hotel é bem confortável e com excelente café da manhã. A decoração é clássica e aconchegante. O atendimento dos funcionários foi cordial, porém a abertura do portão da garagem poderia ser mais ágil. Alguns pontos do quarto merecem reforma, mas nada que fosse desagradável para nossa estadia.
