Villa Myléna welcomes you to Ciboure, located on Bordagain Hill with a panoramic view of La Rhune, a 10-minute walk from the Ciboure market, and a 15-minute walk from city centre and the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. <br>The house sleeps 8 and features two south-facing terraces with magnificent views of the Rhune, one of which has an electric awning.<br>This property is ideal for a family holiday in a quiet and peaceful setting, close to all the attractions the region has to offer.<br>On the ground floor, the house features a beautiful living area with a living room and dining room opening onto a pleasant terrace with an electric awning and an unobstructed view of La Rhune, overlooking a lovely garden; a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, induction cooktops, and a convection oven; two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.<br>A pellet stove in the living room heats the ground-floor rooms and one bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom upstairs has an electric radiator (pellet fuel is provided free of charge).<br><br>Adjacent to the living room, a lovely sunroom with a view of the Rhune awaits you for truly relaxing moments. <br>A laundry room located in a space adjacent to the sunroom, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is also at your disposal. <br>Upstairs, the house features a room with two single beds, an elliptical trainer, a gym ball, and a yoga mat, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet—all offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Please note that access to the upper level is unconventional; it is reached via a ladder. We recommend the upper level for teenagers, who will have their own private space.
