Krótki pobyt z córką (3latka), dostępne łóżeczko, czysto, bardzo pomocna obsługa hotelu, restauracji. Jedyny minus, na stronie www jest podane menu w restauracji natomiast okazało się że nie jest prowadzona restauracja z katą, jedyny obiad to ten który można zamówić wraz z kuracjuszami będącymi w sanatorium - możliwe że to ze względu na okres w jakim byłam. Obiad dla kuracjuszy nie był możliwy do zjedzenia przez córkę przez co zaproponowano mi inny posiłek przygotowany dla dziecka w drodze wyjątku.

Po raz kolejny przebywałam w tym obiekcie, ale tym razem niestety byłam rozczarowana. Pokój z bardzo brudną wykładziną, zasłony pozrywane, nie można dobrze zasłonić okien. w toalecie był problem z odpływem wody; na moje zgłoszenie pan z recepcji nawet nie przyszedł do pokoju , nie pofatygował się sprawdzić, tylko kazał czekać do następnego dnia. Śniadania z zimną jajecznicą i zimnymi pieczarkami, kawa rozpuszczalna w słoiczku do samodzielnego sparzenia, taki hotel mógłby postarać się o ekspres do kawy

Very disappointing stay at the end of our European trip. No Internet in that room and the room was not very clean. However, the breakfast was satisfactory. Finally, before check out the hotel requested that I pay for the room and did not except payment that I made directly through Expedia the night before. With all additional charges the price of the room doubled from the price quoted on Expedia.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, but needs small improvements. Bathroom do not have room to put your belongings, tv is to low, hard to watch from bed. Breakfast excellent. With small improvements they could price the room a lot higher.

Skromnie ale ładnie.

Skusiły mnie 4 gwiazdki. Bardzo ładna jest jadalnia. Obsługa była pomocna. Pokoje raczej na 2 gwiazdki. Byłem pewien, że przy 4 gwiazdkach jest basen ale niestety tu nie ma. Natomiast cena niska i ogólne wrażenie pozytywne. Polecam.

Comfortable hotel close to the centre

The hotel is close to all the main attractions but we found it quiet, comfortable with excellent food and friendly efficient staff. The rooms including ensuite are spacious and well equipped with comfortable but not soft beds. The main building has an impressive facade and entrance which leads to the dining room where music and dancing feature four nights a week. Breakfast and other meals were well catered with plenty of choice and tasty food. Treatments available need more explaination by reception staff and greater visibilty rather than being hidden away.

Pobyt uważam za raczej udany. jedynie na minus mogę zaliczyć śniadanie które było wydawane od godziny 8 do 10 (do czego nie mam zastrzeżeń) tylko do tego że jak się człowiek zjawi o 9 to już na prawdę zostają resztki (donoszono tylko pieczywo) a przed 10 to już chyba tylko herbaty można się napić.obsługa jakoś specjalnie się tym nie przejmuje. no i wymeldowywanie z tego hotelu to jakiś żart, trwa to strasznie długo. obwiniają za to system komputerowy. jeśli płaci się takie pieniądze za dobę wymaga się trochę więcej.

Very central location, close to the park, spa facilities. Stylish palace building, recently refurbished. Good restaurant, nice dining room, tasty breakfast. The standard of hotel rooms not very satisfactory, at least not according to 4 star rating, unfortunately.

Very bad service, unfriendly staff, in the 4 days we were never cleaned the rooms, never changed the towels, paper for the bathroom was a problem, when we arrived the cover was broken sump announce it and never changed, in general is the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. This is not what anyone would recommend

To jest po prostu wielka POMYLKA.Nie wiem w jaki sposob Taki Hotel posiada lub oglasza ze posiada 4 gwiazdki?To poprostu wielkie nieporozumienie.Dotyczy to poprostu wszystkiego oprocz Restauracji.Co do Sniadania to po prostu kpina.O godzinie 8,55 jest z wedlin jeden plaster a herbata juz zaparzona bez wyboru innych smakow.W pokju(108 F)zadnej suszarki lub czajnika ,Telewizor chyba od Babci (jeszcze takiego malego ;ubustwa;)nie spotkalismy w zadnym Hotelu,okropne materace z klojacymi sprezynami..Na prosbe uzyskalismy takowe z Recepcji.Mieszkamy ponad 35-lat w Niemczech ale bardzo czesto przebywamy w Polsce i goscilismy w roznych Hotelach i miejscowosciach.Niestety pobyt w tym Hotelu jest jedna pomylka.
