Not so great is the extremely paper thin walls and floors/cielings, you can literally hear what the next room is watching on TV and when the floor above you is walking, bathing, and flushing. Hotels in this tier are notorious for thin walls but believe me NOT like this one. I still consider this an outstanding value and...

"We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway. "
