The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor of the room was lovely, and the views are amazing. When I visit the hacienda I'm looking foward to walk around the coffe plants, and birdwatch. Definetly would come again. "

"It’s a great place for the entire family, friendly staff and good food, only problem the building it’s built multi leveled with no elevators, however we got helped to bring everything upstairs, excellent service and amenities inside property."

"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "
