5km from Luchon (skiing and thermal baths) in a mountain setting, this well-exposed cottage has a view of the Pyrenees... Semi-detached cottage for 6 people, in Cier-de-Luchon, with private fenced courtyard and shared garden. Large green space close to a forest, games for children and adolescents, a rest area for you, a relaxation area, SPA. Very calm. From the window you can see the deer and does. Adjoining but completely independent of the owner. Modular gîte with that on the first floor for 10/12 people. Fenced courtyard and shared green space (swings, football cages, balls, badminton net, pétanque), parking. After skiing or hiking, a jacuzzi awaits you. Gîte on the ground floor: living room with TV, integrated kitchen area, shower room, separate WC, 1 bedroom/TV lounge (1 140cm double sofa bed + 1 90cm single bed) 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people in 140cm + 1 single bed in 90cm bunk bed). Collective central heating. Spain 15 minutes away. Pets allowed (not accepted in rooms). Internet.
