"My booking was taken, but the hotel had many problems. 1) No hot water, 2) No WiFi, 3) The pool/bar area was a mess, 4) The advertised buffet breakfast was not available. I decided to leave the hotel after a couple of hours, and the manager said that he cancelled the booking with a full refund. I have now found that Expedia never received the approved cancellation, and they have found it impossible to contact the hotel. Even though agreed with the hotel manager, I will now not receive any refund for the cancellation due to the very poor state of the hotel, I do not recommend staying at this hotel,"

"A two night stay in a family suite. We were welcomed at the main door by a smiling helpful receptionist. The breakfast was a great bonus both mornings. Evening meal was high quality. We were 10 metres from the sea, with wonderful views."
