"This hotel is cozy and makes you feel like you are home. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed the feeling this hotel gives you. It is in a great location, quiet to sleep, lovely pool, good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff. Just up the road is a grocery store and other restaurants are close by. I am English so I found all the French signs rather confusing. I didn’t understand the menu but that is maybe more my fault as this is in a French country. Only one English Channel on the TV. The room was on the small side but I wasn’t in it much and you want to sit in the common areas as they are so inviting. I couldn’t open my large suitcase on the floor but as I was on my own I made it work. I was able to borrow a kettle as the room didn’t have one. No fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and I really loved my entire experience of this hotel."

"Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Buffet dinners are also excellent and reasonably priced, with a variety of local and seafood dishes. The beach next door is nice with natural shade although not really swimmable except at high tide. Good wifi, straightfoward parking."

"Mon épouse et moi avons passé un moment des plus agréables dans cet hôtel très bien pensé carrément pied dans l'eau devant la plage de la saline, avec un très beau cadre, une piscine vraiment chouette. Nous avions une chambre vraiment spacieuse et très propre. Mais ce qui nous a particulièrement marqué est le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse et courtoisie de tout le personnel quel qu'il soit."

"My curtains in my room had a huge stain. Bathrooms was not clean and room was outdated. Air conditioning didn't work for days in the row."

"I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
