Beatiful stay in Cilaos.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. The small hotel is nicely renovated ,clean and close to the centre of town, with beatiful views from the small veranda.

Perfect base to explore paradise

My wife and I had a great stay here in May of this year. This is a very special town in the center of the Island. The Otroiza hotel is a perfect location to base one's self while exploring this magical spot. I loved how responsive and communicative our host was, responding very well, via Google Translare, to our every need. Thankyou!

Charming little place with a friendly atmosphere

Well appointed, clean and charming little place with extremely comfortable beds. Was a delight to rest there after a very long day of exploring the island. Sylvette (the owner) was kind enough to wait for me after a late arrival due to flight delays, but it is important to communicate with the hotel if you’re going to be late as the reception closes at 8pm (it’s a quiet, isolated and sleepy little town). All in all, great experience with very friendly, laid-back but courteous service. Many public amenities and facilities located within walking distance from the hotel and staff are happy to recommend them.

What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!

Really helpful lady who looked after the property - many gestures got us by with our limited French. The front desk is not manned, you have to go the lady in the clothes shop next door but that is not an issue. Breakfast hearty and worthwhile.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel exprès pour avoir une chambre avec vue dégagée sur la montagne… nous avons eu une chambre, avec certes un petit jardinet, mais vue sur un mur et palissade. L hôtel est mal insonorisé et bruyant tôt le matin La chambre est très propre et la literie très bonne

J’ai pour habitude d’aller dans cet hôtel. Pour cette fois j’ai été déçue par « la mise à la porte » de notre chambre Je comprends qu’il y ait des horaires que je respecte à chaque fois, mais j’avais prévenu que j’avais une course le matin même. A 10h50, quelqu’un est venu frapper à notre porte : « il vous reste 5 minutes ! » Je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons.

Bon sejour

Hôtel calme, très bonne situation géographique pour les différentes randonnées à Cilaos. L'accueil est sympa, avec les explications adéquates. La chambre a une petite terrasse agréable au RDC. Serviettes fournies, frigo et verres équipent la chambre. Un micro onde disponible à l'étage. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôte pas spécialement agréable, on avait l'impression de déranger. Attention, il y a deux types de lits proposés ici : des grands et des très grands, ce qui change tout pour moi, qui suis assez massif. J'ai donc pris une chambre spécialement avec un très grand lit, pour avoir de la place et ne pas déranger ma conjointe.. Finalement c'est un lit normal que nous avons eu. L'hôte nous dit que tous les lits sont identiques.. Dans ce cas pourquoi les proposer à un tarif différent ?! Ensuite la literie était peu confortable, les draps déchirés par endroit.. La salle de bain, petite, avec sa douche minuscule et son pommeau de douche qui ne tenait plus. Cet "hôtel" est bien pour qui n'est là que pour un court passage. Sinon globalement très propre.

Cosy et pratique

Idéalement placé au cœur de Cilaos, l'hôtel est tenu par des personnes très arrangeants qui ont gracieusement accepté de garder notre voiture le temps de notre dernière randonnée. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel étant au centre ville, il y a plein de commodités alentour.

Structure à taille humaine, très confortable, à deux pas du centre de Cilaos. Sera votre point de chute idéal pour toutes vos randonnées ! Accueil et communication du staff très chaleureux, professionnel, complet et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner ultra complet et chambre très propre, confortable, calme pour (re)prendre des forces. Idealement placé

L'établissement Otroiza jouit dun excellent emplacement à l’entrée de la ville. Tout est à proximité: les restaurants, les randonnées faciles, les thermes. De quoi faire un bon break de 4 a 5 jours! Accueillant et réactif pour le personnel. Propre, à ne pas louper.

Hotel excelente, habitación con vistas a la montaña, desayuno muy bueno y muy variado. Lo mejor de todo, la atención y la amabilidad de su propietaria que no paraba de estar con cada detalle que nos hiciera falta, una auténtica anfitriona de su hotel y de su pueblo.

Excellente literie dans une chambre vaste et propre. Très bien situé en bas de la rue des commerces et restaurants de Cilaos. Parfait pour les départs en randonnée avec petit déjeuner à 9€ environ très complet. Excellent accueil

trés correct

chambre prise pour l'ultra trail des 3 cirques. départ pour moi à 2h pour la course, mon mari et mes enfants ont profité du logement jusqu'au matin. Literie confortable (meme pour moi qui y ai dormi que quelques heures :) ), propreté irréprochable, équipement avec frigo et micro ondes (top pour mon bébé), petit dejeuner apparemment appréciable (malheureusement moi j'étais en plein salazie entrain de penser que je pouvais etre devant un bon café chaud :p) seul petit hic à revoir, fuite d'eau +++ dans douche, et gel douche non pratique cassé
