How's Your Aspen? Relax and Play in Arrowhead! Cozy Cabin Centrally Located

Pet Friendly 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath property with a huge patio, newly added hot tub, and a balcony to soak in the views of the great outdoors. We're in Colorado, so there is a lot to do and you can access it right from here!

For your convenience, there is a full kitchen, dining area with an expandable table, dining bar, and a large living space with a pellet stove to keep you warm and cozy.

In the back, there is a very large patio with a pellet grill/smoker, mini gas grill, and a flat top griddle. The fire pit can be enjoyed with endless amounts of wood and wildlife to complement your stay.

Summer time: Live music in the beer garden at the lodge every weekend! Fishing, Side by Siding, 4x4 Off Roading, rafting, hiking, boating, waterskiing, and so much more.

Winter time: The cabin is only accessible by snowmobiles, snowshoes, or skis during the winter. Just think, snowmobiling right outside your front door! The Cross Country Skiing Alpine track just minutes away. Snowshoeing, skiing/snowboarding, ice fishing, and spiked hot cocoa at the Arrowhead Mountain Lodge.

Comfortable, well appointed. Fully stocked with kitchen appliances. Every convenience needed.Extremely quiet neighborhood. Our grandchildren made more noise than neighbors. They loved the fire pit for making s’mores. Back deck for hanging out in the evenings. Can.t say enough about how unchanged we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was as described, but our overall experience was very disappointing. After our stay, the host withheld our entire 1,500 refundable damage deposit, claiming a pellet stove door hinge broke.The host sent a photo showing the door hanging on a single hinge. We assured him that we never touched the door, and it certainly wasn’t in that condition when we left. The host later confirmed in writing that “The door was not hanging when she found it, but when she opened to perform her routine cleaning, the door fell.” The “she” refers to the host’s own property manager.We had no reason to open this stove door, as it’s only for maintenance. Nearly a month after our stay, the deposit has still not been refunded, and we have not received any documentation showing guest-caused damage or proof of repair costs. What could have been a great memory of a family trip has instead been overshadowed by ongoing frustration and disappointment after checkout.
