  • Welcome to this clean and convenient large 3 story shotgun style home by Xavier University, off I71 in Cincinnati and near plenty of shopping. 10 minutes or less from Downtown, First Financial Convention Center, Paycor Stadium, Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium, University of Cincinnati, Music Hall, Zoo, Pill Hill Hospitals . Property boasts 5 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a living room, 2 kitchens, dinning area and additional space with a comfy futon for extra guests and free off street parking. Please note that 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and gets warm when temperatures are in the 80's.
