    This is a stand alone apartment. No t shared with the owner or other guests. Laundry, bathroom and living space accessible only to you. No key or lockbox required. You will be sent a code for the lock on the morning of arrival.

    Restrictions:
    25-year minimum age for any booking guest. Absolutely no parties or events. This is a residential property in a beautifully quiet neighborhood.

    We live in the neighborhood and are not hesitant to alert authorities to any violations of the law.

Excellent location that was within walking distance to many dining options. Rooms were very clean. There were small touches throughout the rooms that made the stay very comfortable, such as magazines about the local area and board games in the living area. Parking was also available behind the unit.

The apartment was exactly as described. Cozy, quaint and beautifully decorated. The washing machine was one I wasn't accustomed to, and Mamie responded quickly to show me how to use it. I'm a UC grad and enjoyed being in the gaslight district.
