Fantastic

I’ve stayed in many VRBO accommodations over the years. This one was one of the very best. The kitchen was stocked with all the things I have in my own at home. The cleanliness of the whole unit was superb. I’d highly recommend this VRBO and will stay there again for my next visit to Cincinnati.

Mostly Great

Great location. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need and more in the bathroom and kitchen. Great communication and help from the owner. Two issues will probably keep us from returning. First, mattresses were very firm memory foam. Way too hard for our tastes. If you like this type of mattress, you’ll be very pleased. Second, this is the first floor of a 100 year old house. We could hear floor noises from the people living above, especially their dogs needing to go out early in the morning. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Family visit

We stayed for a long weekend visiting family. It was a nice area, easy to walk our dog around the park, and walk to restaurants and the farmers market. The dining room/living room were spacious and open. Thanks for the nice stay!

Lovely Hyde Park apartment

Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.

Beautiful home, nice stay.

The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

Nice and quiet

Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.

Wonderful location!

This older well maintained house rental is a lower flat, it's in the perfect location for Cincinnati visitors. Within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors and near to a Whole Foods and Kroger. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for at least 6 people. Street parking but over 7 nights we never had an issue finding a close spot. Mom and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Just a note - since this is lower level rental there is a family with children and dogs that lives upstairs. We did hear some having fun noises during the day; but there was never any issue in the evening or during the night. HIghly recommended!

What a great place!

The house is great. It’s very well cared for and has everything you need. It’s very comfortable and we loved the woodwork and pocket doors and the windows. You can pack half the clothes you need because there is a brand new washer and dryer. It was quite hot outside when we were there and the house has a tremendous central air system if you need it. A very short walk into Hyde Park Square. We walked to the square for dinner and it was nice not having to worry about transportation. We were there for a Xavier graduation and it’s literally a couple of minutes away. Perfectly located. Todd was great too. Very attentive and nice to talk to. Thumbs up all the way around.

Spare sheets

Everything was just what we needed, it was good. The main problem was that the spare sheets were stored damp/wet. We put them on the pull out couch and they smelled so sour. Luckily we had a top sheet from my sister in the area and were able To cover the mattress with that
