Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for comfort and relaxation.

Each bedroom features a TV, including a master suite with a king bed, desk, and seating area. The basement offers another king bed, a fold-out couch, and laundry facilities. Unwind in the cozy living room with Smart TV, enjoy meals at the dining table for 8, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to the large deck with a fire table, couch, and dining table!

You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is wonderful for all kinds of guests with one bedroom that is accessible on the main level. This house was built in the 1920’s so please expect to see some characteristics of an old house (like creaky floorboards, laundry in an unfinished basement). The house has been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.

Main Level:
- Porch
- Living room- Two couches, 55" Smart TV
- Dining room- Rectangular table- 8 chairs
- Kitchen- Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. Kitchen contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. We also have plates/cups/cutlery for kids.
-Large Deck: Outdoor table- seats 4. Large outdoor couch seats 6. Fire table and grill.
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Pack n play available.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
- Bathroom 1 (full): Located on Level 1. Shower with tub. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

Second Level:
- Bedroom 3: King size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet, Table with seating for two. Wardrobe. Full length mirror.

Basement Level:
- Bedroom 4: King side bed, 2 nightstands with lamps.
-Couch that seats 3 and that folds down into full size futon, coffee table, two single grey chairs.
-Bathroom 2: Standing shower only. Double vanity sinks. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.
-Washer and dryer

Guest will have access to all parts of the home except the storage closet in the basement.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was excellent. The home was very clean. We enjoyed being within 20 min of almost anything! The beds were very comfortable! Overall, a great option in Cincinnati!

We had a great experience at this home. I was in town for my daughter‘s bridal shower and used this home for friends and family. It very comfortably slept 8 people, and we had plenty of space for our time together. Most notably, the living room/kitchen layout was really nice, giving us room to all hangout together. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again! Really enjoyed the deck in morning for coffee and evening for glass of wine!
