The Space:
This residence blends comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests. Two queen bedrooms feature premium bedding and linens for restful sleep, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, and the bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries. In-home laundry ensures stress-free extended stays. Designed with clean finishes and thoughtful touches, this home sets the stage for a high-quality stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the residence, secured by a private digital entry code. Access is limited to registered guests; visitors may be approved in advance but cannot stay overnight.

To complete the arrival experience, all guests are required to provide a photo ID and sign a digital rental agreement. Once complete, personalized check-in instructions are provided 5 days before arrival.

The property & neighborhood were great. Was able to hit several distilleries and also enjoy Covington. Walked to Paycor stadium (1.5M) - lots of places to stop on the way to prime up for the game. If you like breakfast - hit up Pike restaurant and order the biscuits and gravy. Best I ever had.

This property was very nice. Exactly as pictured. Close to a lot of things. We came down for the Zoo and Aquarium, which was easy to get too. Traffic sucks but can’t control that. Would stay again if I was in the area. Just need more towels.

We decided to book a last minute get away to Cincinnati and came across this place. It’s like new and was very clean. Check in and out was super easy. Little bit of a mildew smell but not bad. Neighborhood was okay. Not the nicest but definitely not the worst. Never felt unsafe. Highly recommend!
