The Space:

Step inside the main house to a luxury modern space where the open kitchen, living, and dining areas flow together seamlessly. The living room features a smart TV, a spacious wraparound couch, and two armchairs that create a comfortable gathering space for relaxing after a day in the city. The kitchen continues the upscale feel with modern cabinetry, sleek appliances, a Keurig, and a large island with seating for eight—perfect for casual meals, conversation, or planning the day’s itinerary. Just outside, the decks showcase incredible city views, with two separate six-person tables providing ample space for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or al fresco dining above the skyline.



A separate studio unit adds flexibility and privacy, complete with a cozy reading nook featuring a couch, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and convenient counter seating. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or colleagues, the thoughtful layout allows everyone to spread out while still enjoying shared spaces. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 sets of full-over-queen size bunk beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #5 (the separate studio unit) includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



The main home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE

• 2 sets of washer and dryers in home.

• Dedicated parking is available for up to 2 vehicles — 1 space in the garage and 1 dedicated spot directly to the left of the home. Please do not park in the empty lot. Additional street parking is available where permitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• EV charger available in the garage.

• This home is a combination unit encompassing both the property's main house and the separate studio unit, Luxury Mt. Adams Retreat Apt 1. Smaller groups are welcome to book the studio unit independently for a more intimate and comfortable stay.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located over the garage and monitoring the garage entry and a partial view of the street,

o (2) located at the exterior's main door and monitoring the walkway into the home and the home's side,

o (3) located on the entrance to the lower unit and monitoring the exterior entry area to the lower unit.

• High chair and portable crib provided.
