Naturally Opulent - for Luxury-Seeking Travelers

Summary:
Shades of soothing gray bring this historic Italianate building up to date, while curated artwork showcases local artists. This Urban Oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay.

The Space:
This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us, that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists.

Guest Access:
This is Apartment 4 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the lower deck up to the upper deck and the door to the right with a 4 in the middle of it.

You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 4.

Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse, grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill!

Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.

Modern Gem in Covington

Me and my sister stayed here for a concert and enjoyed staying at the place. Though there were a few minor issues such as a broken light, and a not enough blankets for the pullout. Besides that, we had a lovely stay, checking in was seamless and easy, and it was quiet though being right in the city. A great place to stay, even with a few minor updates needed. The place had some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do which we both highly appreciated. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Kentucky.

Nice enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, it was in great shape and very clean. Parking is right across the street, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars close by, and you are within walking distance of the Reds baseball stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Stylish Covington

Great location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. The property is open, bright and modern. The common area is very spacious. There are many outstanding restaurants in Covington and the neighboring town of Newport. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Air conditioning is excellent and off-street parking across the street is included. I would stay here again for future visits to Cincinnati!

Amazing place to stay

Me and my fiancé went for a weekend getaway. It’s is close to a lot of amazing restaurants. I recommend either walking or riding the electric scooters near by, as parking can be a challenge and can get expensive. Over all the place was amazing and very clean.

Incredibly clean and well decorated spot

This loft is really just a fun modern spot that is incredibly close to lots of fun places to eat and drink (easily 10+ amazing places within walking distance. The rental was possibly the cleanest place I have rented through VRBO. We really enjoyed the area and plan on coming back again. You can even see the Cincinati Skyline through the windows when you call it a night. Cool spot!

Much needed overnight getaway

The property location was perfect and you have your own parking spot directly across the street. You can walk to Molly Malones, Blinkers, or Keystone. The apartment itself is beautiful. The living room/kitchen area is wide open and the decor is clean and fresh. The steps leading up to the bedroom are wide. The upstairs bedroom is adorable and the bedding is comfortable. BEAUTIFUL loft

My friends and I got ready for my wedding here and all the lighting was PERFECT for getting ready and perfect for our videographer to get some awesome shots. Jeremiah communicated perfectly! Check out was so simple. The loft was so clean!!!
