Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.

Family weekend

I went to Cincinnati with my husband and 3 kids and our stay was great! Very clean and quiet and hotel was close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel’s proximity to the mall is so convenient! We could’ve walked there but chose to drive and could have a nice meal and go shopping all within a stone’s throw from our accommodations. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and the premises were clean. The decor is excellent as well and our studio king room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Only complaint I have is they moved a family in to the room next to us with a connecting door and the children kept banging on the door. Walls seem paper thin as I could hear whoever the people next door were talking to on their phone. Other than that, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

Almost the perfect stay

Our room was nice, the bed comfortable which is so important. However, the shower floor was VERY slippery. My husband and I both were concerned about falling in fact, I would be surprised if someone hasn't already fallen. There is a safety bar at the opposite end of the shower head so of no value. Also, the height of the toilet is low making it uncomfortable to get up. We are in our 80's but in good shape so being handicapped is not the reason for our concern with the shower and toilet.

We were in town for my friend's wedding during Labor Day weekend. This hotel is new and offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was not good and the parking is 10.00 per day. There is only parking in the garage of an apartment building complex. The area offers lots of shopping and dining. Safe quiet area, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and very comfortable! The only thing I have to say that is like a critique is watching customer service while waiting. I wasn’t impressed by how a customer was being treated before me. I was treated nicely and was apologized to for wait. Overall was a very nice experience
