Come explore one of the nation's most historically rich neighborhoods, packed full of world class restaurants and experiences. Located on the most desirable street in Over-the-Rhine just steps away from Washington Park, our beautiful and historic condo is the place to stay when you are visiting the Queen City.

This private condo is ready to be your perfect Over-The-Rhine retreat. You’ll find the condo located on the 4th floor of the historical Parvis Lofts, all by itself with a spacious porch, complete with seating perfect for a morning coffee, or late-night glass of wine with views of the hills of Cincinnati. *Please keep in mind that this does mean you have to walk up three flights of stairs, since there is no elevator in the building.*

The space itself is beautifully decorated with a careful selection of comfortable and stylish furniture, perfect for unwinding after a long day or night out in Cincinnati. You’ll find hints of history in the exposed brick, as well as a touch of modern in the restored hardwood, and vintage accents. Enjoy the natural light and views with windows throughout all rooms.

You’ll find an open concept living area, with a plush sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Roku TV perfect for watching your favorite TV show. The sleeper sofa has a comfortable queen-sized gel mattress, which is the perfect addition for a larger group. If you are taking a break from the countless restaurant options, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, spices and everything you need to cook anything from spaghetti to steak. Enjoy your meals in one of the many sitting areas, at the counter, the dining room table or outside on the deck.

The bedroom is oversized, and includes another TV, dressers and drawers, closet space, and the most amazing memory foam king sized bed. On the other side of the condo, you’ll find the large bathroom with a nice shower, vanity, and space to get ready for your nights out. As a bonus, right next to the bedroom, you’ll find in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.

To make your visit as relaxing and stress free as possible, we’ve included a parking pass for the Mercer Garage, so you can enjoy free and dedicated parking for one vehicle right across the street.

Loved our stay!

Great location in the OTR district! We walked to some great places to eat and was a 15 min walk to the hard rock casino. It will definitely be our go-to place to stay. The apartment was very clean and the host communicated well!

Great location and property.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The location is within walking distance to so much (we parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it at all)! The property was fully stocked, clean, and well decorated. Very comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

Extra Long Weekend Away

This place was PERFECT! Great walking distance for sooo many things. We walked all over OTR, and even downtown to Fountain Square, the Hard Rock Casino and TQL Stadium for a soccer game. Having some basic kitchen amenities and laundry was very helpful too! Besides the amazing location, having dedicated parking made it so easy to explore other parts of the city without worrying about finding a parking spot upon your return. If we make it back, would definitely stay here again!

Super comfortable, clean, minimalistic space in great location. Fair to be sure one is aware there are 3 flights of stairs, as we were, and there is no problem with it. Such a great spot, and fantastic host.

Just enough room and close to everything

We stayed two nights and were pleased with how close we were to everything. We walked to Pins Mechanical and the Ensemble Theatre. Lots of dining options. The loft had everything we needed.

OTR ease

In the heart of Downtown OTR, this little gem was a great place to stay. We made ourselves right at home and the kitchen was great for sitting at the bar and having a glass of wine. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

A fun downtown stay

We had a blast at OTR. This apartment was the perfect escape after a long and fun day out visiting local shops and bars. So much to do and made for the perfect girls trip. Apartment was clean and updated, only complaint is the stairs but that wouldn’t make or break me coming back to this beautiful, quaint home away from home!

Great place, fabulous location!

Very clean, well-maintained apartment. Location is easy walking to everything I had booked (brewery tour, haunted history tour, show at the music hall). Many fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. We drove from the airport to the Taft National Historic Site then on to the apartment for check-in but once we parked the car, we never needed to take it out of the garage. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful trip

Was in Cincinnati for the Thanksgiving holiday visiting friends and relatives. The condo was wonderful. Perfect location for me. Great restaurants all around and easy to Uber to locations that weren’t walkable. I did have some trouble with the street level pin pad but nothing too bad

Great weekend getaway

The apartment was perfect for our return visit to Cincinnati and stay in OTR. The apartment had everything we needed, was well furnished, and great design touches that made us feel at home after having moved away many years ago. OTR area was fantastic and we enjoyed walking to the MLS game with many others from the neighborhood. Easy jumping off point for other activities as well. And we navigated the parking situation easily enough, snagging on-street parking (with blinkers on) for loading and unloading.

Perfect location

Perfect location for OTR & downtown Cincy access. Tip: The outside door has to be pulled very hard after entering the code and lighting up green. Like really hard. Otherwise, it is a very nice stay.

Simple, relaxing and private stay in Cincinnati!

Loved the simple, MSM vibe and how the apartment is private/no neighbors and a great little deck area with seating! A quick “deep clean” of the bathroom fan and some trim in the bathroom was the only reason we gave the cleanliness 1 fewer star- everything else was well appointed and spotless! Grateful for this fun getaway and a lovely space close to wonderful restaurants, parks and shopping! :)

Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.

Loved everything about this little condo. Perfect little size, every kitchen amenity you could want and more, very nice bathroom & kitchen, comfortable furniture. Love all the cute Cincinnati touches. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, slept amazing. Ate at the Alcove across the street, best pork chop ever. Didn't even use the parking pass, there's a lot right across the street for $8 a night that made parking easy. Balcony is so relaxing, & we didn't even mind the steps, (we are 50 & 55 years old) it just made the place that much more secluded and private. Will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful little condo for our visit to OTR. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was a great place for us to land after long days of walking around the area. There are a ton of restaurants and bars to visit and it’s walking distance to the brewery district. Having a Keurig allowed me to sit on the landing, and drink my coffee in the morning, which was lovely. This condo is up three flights of stairs, so please note that you may want to pack lite. That was not a dealbreaker for us. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
