The property was nice with excellent staff. It was very clean. Breakfast was great and the area was well stocked. Gym was great. We did spend time on the pool as well. Pool was a little cloudy but towels were clean and warm.

The room was great for our family of 6; the hotel did not have enough extra bedding for the couch & pull-out mattress but we made it work. There was some gunk on the shower floor (for which there was no hot water, yikes!), and the headboards desperately need replaced as the pleather is shredding. The employees were all very kind & professional; Krystal at night was helpful, and the folks in the AM were on top of keeping the breakfast buffett stocked & clean. Would likely stay here again! Nice that it wasn't "downtown" but very close to UC & the zoo. Kids enjoyed the pool also; towels were stocked & pool was clean.

Highly recommend staying here! Rooms are clean and newly upgraded. Staff is very friendly and know the area well. Every staff member I encountered seemed to really care about our stay and making it the best possible. Breakfast was what you would expect for a complimentary breakfast - cereal, bagels, waffles, sausage, eggs. The hotel is conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

The room was okay. There were a couple of things I didn't like for example, an old sock left, stains on couch, a stench, and bathroom light switches were very dirty. When I checked in, the women staff were very nice and welcoming. The bar was boring (didn't like the atmosphere) and the gym lacked equipment. Check out day, the cleaning lady knocked on my door at least 5 times that morning. I eventually checked out an hour early.

Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.
