    This condo is on the top (4th) floor with great views & lots of sun

    Walk to all the best restaurants & bars downtown & the condo is right across the street from Kroger.
    For sports lovers, it`s a 15 min walk to Paycor Stadium, Reds Great American Ballpark
    5 min drive to UC Hospital

    Must be okay with walking up multiple flights of stairs to the 4th floor!

    The calming bedroom has a Tuft & Needle King memory foam mattress and Brooklinen sheets.

    We value quality products to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

    -In unit LG washer & dryers available
    -Head & Shoulders/Pantene shampoo/conditioner, Olay/Dove body wash, Neutrogena make up remover, Charmin toilet paper, Tide, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods

Home away from home

Details matter, and this property has everything you need. The only thing it didn't have was an outlet in the bathroom, but they've included an extension cord in the living room under the TV. There wasn't anything I needed and the free parking was great. Fabulous communication with property company contact also.

Lovely Apt. in Great location
