The living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day downtown. The open kitchen features warm cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig for your morning coffee, while the dining table for six is ideal for shared meals or late-night conversations. Each bedroom provides a comfortable retreat for restful nights, and for a bit of fun, guests can head to the second-floor shared game room—complete with a smart TV and video game console—for a laid-back evening in this chic downtown escape.

• This building is equipped with five (5) security cameras:

o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the building,

o (2) located in the lobby and monitoring the lobby area and entry doors,

o (3) located in the hallway of the second floor and monitoring the entrances to second-floor units and the hallway,

o (4) located in the hallway of the third floor and monitoring the entrances to third-floor units and the hallway,

o (5) located in the basement area and monitoring the basement lounge and gym access door.
