Master bedroom: Queen size bed, two night stands, desk, closet.
Second bedroom: Queen size bed, two night stands, desk, closet.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Oakley is a neighborhood that has a lot to offer. With it's own square with Cincinnati staples like Aglamesis's ice cream and Skyline Chili, there is a lot to explore. Super safe and cute neighborhood of new and old homes that have a lot of character. Close to other great neighborhoods like Hyde Park and Columbia Tusculum.

A global ban on parties has been placed on STRs. Parties are **strictly** forbidden in all listings. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21.

You may also be denied entry on the basis of any of the following if you do not send a message *before* completing your reservation. If you meet any of the following criteria you may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit:

i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking same-day, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews.

Note: Cancelling your reservation will result in a 5% deduction from the total amount you paid. This deduction covers the non-refundable credit card transaction fees that were incurred at the time of your original booking.
