The staff was polite and helpful. We were there to see Lion King and they helped us find a restaurant and transportation. They were considerate about giving us a room near the elevator so our walk would be easy as I have walking issues. Overall a wonderful trip.

We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Hotel is located in the outer part of downtown Cincinnati around many abandoned buildings. You'll see several homeless people in the area and the stench of marihuana is everywhere, even inside the hotel. Rooms have a lot of dust and bed covers and sheets have suspicious stains. Breakfast is basic, we had it included but opted for a French bakery 4 or 5 blocks from the hotel. Shower water is so soft you get out of bath feeling soapy. Valet parking is very expensive but you have a parking building right next to the hotel. Be aware because if you use valet one night they will charge you for every night you stay. I don't recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with kids.

We always stay here when traveling to Cincinnati. My kids especially love the pool and lounge area downstairs! It is very close to the convention center and within walking distance to the Banks/Reds Stadium at a very affordable price!
