This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient, and well appointed. Having used VRBO properties in various states, I have to give this property an A-plus rating. The only negatives are no bathroom on 1st floor and tanks for outside gas firepit were empty. I would recommend this place.

Great stay in Dayton, Kentucky for a holiday weekend. So close to Cincinnati and easy access to city. Charming neighborhood of Bellvue was blocks away. The house is really really nice and very accurate to the pictures. Very roomy for our family of 7 (all adults). The kitchen is great and is truly well appointed with flatware, plates, cooking needs and many extra niceties. Beds were comfortable and bath towels very nice as well. Great job making this home a really really nice getaway for us.

Girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls trip. We loved it as soon as we walked into the back yard it had a great outdoor space. The inside of the house was so nice and spacious for our group of 5. We loved the decor and all the amenities the house offered. The beds were super comfortable. The house is walking distance to a cute coffee/bookstore around the corner and also to restaurants down the street. Its close to Newport on the Levee and a quick drive over the bridge to Cincinnati. Maria the property manager was so accommodating and easy to get a hold. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend family trip

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to Cincinnati for the weekend to go to the Newport aquarium and Cincinnati zoo. This house was in a great location to do that. We had 7 adults and three young children and the house worked great to accommodate all of us..The house listing was just as described and communication was very good. We loved our stay. My family and another shared the house for New Year's in Cincy. It was a great location and size for the two families. We walked to local dining and enjoyed the outdoor space. We were in town for a concert. This house is very nice! Clean, spacious, updated. Only stayed a couple of nights and did not get to use the very nice outdoor area because the heat index was over 100. Great pre stay instructions/communication. If we ever need to stay in the area again would definitely stay here again. Lots of stairs but that was not much of an issue for our group.

really enjoyed the property, everything was great. the only thing i would recommend because of the size group that we had was more towels in bathrooms, only had 3 kitchens towels, new & more utensils, and only had 1 teflon pan for cooking. all other pots are great but things stick. these are just suggestions, we loved the property very much! thank you!
