"This is our second stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Water in bathroom - weird plumbing issues: shower at night was great - person 1, shower that morning - person 2 was great, shower in morning for person 3 - no water. Only hot water would come out of sink faucet, then the toilet didn't have water to flush. No cold water. Brought attention to front desk. Also no hairdryer. "

"I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything."

"The property is old, that is a given but poor cleaning doesn’t help. There is hard water stains around all the faucets and drains. The air conditioning units and room vents have heavy dust buildup. The closet had things in the corner from long ago. The bathroom mirror had spots that I hadn’t created and I think a dirty cloth was used to clean the hallway mirror. Big stains like the ones I had on my carpet should be patched up if the carpet is still made. These things were noticeable gross and made everything seems…yucky. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I remember now why I didn’t enjoy it the 1st time. Also, the area by the elevators gives the aura of urine. Also, I had a no smoking room but it smelled as if someone close by was smoking periodically. "

"We rented two double bedrooms and each room had a sofa bed. We requested adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised when that's what we got. The shuttle to/from the airport was easy to use, prompt, and we had interesting conversations with the friendly driver. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area. "

"The pool was ice cold to cold for a kid something’s wrong , our air didn’t work , they didn’t have a fan .. parking sucked "
