"The hotel itself is no frills, but it is right on the beach. We enjoyed being at the end of the boardwalk - it was only about an 8 minute walk (with a 3 year old) to the main street with lots of stores and restaurants (the main drag). Coffee and pastries were a swing and a miss, but expected. The onsite, free garage parking is definitely a huge plus."

One Rehoboth Avenue - Wake Up to the Waves in a Storied Oceanfront Landmark

"The condo is beautiful and you can't get a more centralized location than the corner of Rehobeth Avenue and the Boardwalk! (Might have been just a little too easy to get to Kohr's ice cream, Thrashers French fries, Grotto's Pizza, and Fisher's popcorn for the waistline, but who counts that on vacation!). The living area is lovely and we had plenty of space and a well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms are a little small but they were comfortable and adequate. I had missed on the listing that the condo does not come with towels or sheets, but the owner was very generous in making sure that we had all that we needed after we arrived without any linens. He was very kind and answered us quickly. There are only two downsides to the condo. One is the entrance through the alley - which was a minor thing. The other is that there was no way to open the windows and no deck or balcony so I missed some of my favorite parts of being at the beach which is enjoying the ocean breezes and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. All in all, this was a good place to stay especially with our young teens along!"

"This hotel has a perfect location, close to the beach ,very close to all the fantastic restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and clean . We didn’t have a great view but we didn’t spend much time in our room besides sleeping. I definitely recommend staying there."
