"Outside of check-in, there was no interaction with staff. As for the property, the hallways wreaked of smoke, cabinets were covered with half walk paper and other half ripped off. Bathroom/tub looked like something you wouldn’t dare use without shower shoes."

"Huge dissatisfaction given the ability of the check in staff and attitude of the on - duty manager during check in. We felt insulted & unwelcome. Told we can either leave and find another hotel or accept the process. The attitude had been borderline aggressive. Hotel however was clean and neat. "

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that they allowed us to check out at 12 instead of 11 because my daughter woke up with a fever and I wanted her to rest longer. Also, Orbitz listed the check-out time as 12, but it is actually at 11."
