"The staff was friendly. The table in my room wasn’t clean and had pieces of food scattered across it. There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am."

"I booked for two nights. The second night I came after work- the door was propped open, the linens were stripped and my belongings were gone. I received a call from the assistant manager telling me that house cleaning made a mistake but stated that I had no belonging in the room. After staying here frequently I will take my business elsewhere. Lying and stealing is not something I would tolerate and it surprises me that a Hilton would act this way, and it was interesting that the assistant manager thought it would be helpful to tell me “housekeeping’s side”."

"I was terribly upset . They wrote they have free shuttle to the airport but that’s not true . You can’t use the ride they provide till 7am. So if you have a flight before then prepared to pay about 50$ to the airport . This was so annoying and they don’t have this information anywhere"

"We were very pleased with several aspects of this home. 1) It was very close to the wedding venue that we came here to attend. 2) It allowed us to have 6 adults (3 couples) and two young children share the space with enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we weren’t tripping on each other! Also there was plenty of hot water to go around. 3) The reserved parking spaces right outside were a must. It’s a very busy area overall, and street parking simply isn’t available anywhere close. The kitchen amenities would be more complete with additional plates, bowls, serving dishes and glassware (all types, including wine glasses). There was no cookie sheet / flat baking pan. One of our planned meals required that so we bought one from a local store (only 0.6 miles away!). The house has very bright lighting. This works fine most of the time during the day. However in the evening and at night, there are very few softer light choices. Upstairs there are free standing lamps that provide softer lighting in the 3 bedrooms. The main floor could use some table or floor lamps to give a warmer, more homey feel in the evenings. And some night lights with auto light sensors would be an upgrade in the hallways and main areas. All that said, we still are happy to give this home 4 out of 5 stars. And Cyrus, our host, was extremely responsive & quick! He let us check in early so the kids could get down for their naps at a typical time. Thank you, Cyrus!!"
