"Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought another coffee pot to our room. We found the foul smell it was coming from the refrigerator. We also witnessed a drug deal go down out of our window in the back of the hotel. When we woke up on Sunday morning the TV wasn't working. I went down to the front desk to ask if anyone could assist. Her response was it is 7 am on a Sunday morning and I am the only one here and CAN NOT help you. Needless to say we checked out early because we didn't want to stare at a blank TV until checkout. The best thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I have never stayed at a hotel where they don't have on site maintenance."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Overall clean and nicely furnished. Location was convenient in a quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to work with. Hot tub was nice and worked well. The bathrooms were one area that could be improved. Paint was peeling from the tub in one and paper holder was missing in the other. "

"This place is a gem. It’s perfect for what it is. Rooms were spacious, place was clean and the communication was outstanding. Instructions were clear and the property was centrally located. It’s not luxury if that’s what you want but otherwise it is perfect. "

"For the most part I was very happy with this rental. The check in process and communication work great. The house was as listed, however there is a very strong unpleasant smell of "dog" in the kitchen area and dog poop in the backyard. I know other renters say this property is pet friendly, but I still expected it to be more clean and better smelling upon our arrival."

"My wife, 2 teenagers and my mother in law reserved the place for 1 week.The write up and reviews are accurate. Place is very nice and as described. I texted Mary and she responds right away. I bugged her once a day for example to turn on the hot tub and she did immediately. We didnt cook anything but breakfast but the house has everything you need. Its very clean and the drive to the Strip was totally fine. We loved being 20 minutes out from all the congestion. It was also closer to for us to go to Hoover Dam and go kayaking. My only small complaint I told Mary was the outdoor patio could use some TLC as debri from the plants gets blown by the wind every where and she responded that her daughter who was out of town would normally take care of that. That is by no means any deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again if we were heading that way. We found some nice places to eat in the near by area too - Settebelos pizza, Juans Flaming Fajitas that id totally recommend. Great trip and place"
