"I booked through Hotels.com. When I arrived the room that I booked was not available; I was told, a bit rudely, that “Expedia often does this and that I should have booked directly through the hotel”. Booking directly through the hotel was not possible online, as the website continually directed me to a third party booking agent. The counter staff was nice and attempted to provide me with a room in which an 8 and an 11 year old had to share a “queen” bed…The room shower was adequate. The room coffee maker did not turn on and leaked out the water that we measured. The reception on the TV was sketchy and kept rebooting the local channel, and frequently just gave a blank screen. The pool was cold, the spa was lukewarm at best, the pool area had bottle caps on the ground, one pool shower had no lights and slight shower pressure, the other shower had a small trickle of water coming out of a hole in the wall. Lesson learned, we wont be back. I feel for the employees that are trying to make a living working at this hotel."

"The suite was modern and clean, kitchen had all appliances and utensils available with a big refrigerator. The breakfast included was very good with an array of options, I just wish the boiled eggs were served hot or even warm. My kids had a great time at the pool."

"The room has an unusual smell when we check in. I tried opening the window for hours, but the smell persists. I suspect it’s the old air conditioning system that’s causing the issue."

"Had to go to front desk to figure out how to turn on the shower. They had a laminated placard with a diagram which tells me they get the question all the time and begs the question, why not have the diagram in the room?"

"Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and convenient. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of towels. The instructions were clear and concise. The only had a few issues arise during our stay:1. The power went out soon after we got to the unit, and while I was in the shower, but we got instructions on the location of the breaker, so we were able to resolve it pretty quickly. 2. The street lights outside were very dim and sparse making it hard to see but this was of course no fault of the owner. 3. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the unit, so we had to go to the local target to pick some up.4. It was pretty difficult to get the thermostats working and there were three different thermostats but once we figured it out, we were good to go. These are all minor details and overall, had a great stay. It was close to shops and campus."
