The breakfast was not very nice, and there were no snacks or food available for people arriving late in the evening. "We had a suite for three adults was lovely room, air conditioning was a must as was so hot when over there. Only downside to breakfast was went down for breakfast at 9.30 very little available and when asked was told bacon and egg would not be refilled, and no English breakfast tea. We went to the bar once took over 20minutes for three cocktails and then one was wrong bar was often busy but only one member of staff. The food in restaurant for dinner was lovely and our waiter Roman was brilliant. The staff were lovely and would order taxis for you. A table and bin in the lounge would have been nice, and a separate light just for toilet so do not disturb others. Light control panel could be temperamental and fridge was not very cold in room. Lovely clean, modern hotel very quiet area.."

"Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom."
